Synopsis
“MMORPG Manual” suggests new technological and behavioral directions, through original concepts of accessibility and interactivity that solve several problems that have been neglected for a long time, aiming at increasing ethics and improving interpersonal relationships inside and outside virtual environments,
The different particular characteristics of the virtual universe led to the emergence of a new language to describe it with the necessary clarity and dynamism. This work takes the reader through the everyday universe of gamers, presenting their language in a simple and intuitive way so profound that it becomes interesting even for those who have already mastered this theme.

The introduction shows the basic formula for the success of MMORPGs, taking the reader through the universe of their players in an objective way, showing their dynamics, common goals and clarifying important concepts, such as those of F2P (free-to-play) and P2P (pay- to-play), for example.

Suggesting unprecedented concepts of accessibility and interactivity in the virtual environment, this work presents the first steps in the process of creating an unprecedented, possible and realistic MMORPG, which surprises with its originality "The Awakening of the Apocalipse (TAOTA)", in addition to presenting the basic concepts of MMOs existing today as characteristics of traditional classes and races, also shows the chronology of the most important MMORPGs in history and what is yet to come.

This work also talks about the anxieties and afflictions of the “inhabitants of the virtual universe” and relates the growing increase of their demography to the decay of contemporary society, exposing their egocentrism and superficiality, through themes such as: sadism and sensationalism, ostentation in social networks, urban violence, among others, that destroy the boundaries between real and virtual and bring up relevant behavioral trends in socioeconomic issues related to the use of digital socialization platforms and the MMORPGs of today and tomorrow.
