4- Underwear should be changed after wet dreams, and clean and dry clothes should be used.
5- It is advised not to use shared towels, and to use a clean towel for each individual.
6- You should refrain from touching the sensitive area with your hands after showering to avoid transmitting bacteria and diseases.
7- It is recommended to take a shower as soon as possible after having a wet dream, to avoid the accumulation of bacteria and unpleasant odors.
