KaRisMa (Karebet Risk Management) Application, namely the Risk Management Application of the HSE Department of PT. Karebet Mas Indonesia (PT. KMI) to report all hazards (Hazard Reports), both Unsafe Conditions (KTA), Unsafe Actions (TTA), and the Environment around PT. Karebet Mas Indonesia Kideco Jaya Agung Site, and specifically for All Employees of PT. Karebet Mas Indonesia Site Kideco Jaya Agung.

How to use :
1 Login using the User Account (NRP) and Password provided by the Admin
2 Click the "Add" button to add a Hazard Report
3 Fill in the Hazard Report Form:
   - Fill in the Clock When viewing the danger (KTA / TTA / Environment)
   - Select the hazard location (Example: Pit)
   - Location Specific Content (Example: North Seam A1)
   - Select Hazard Category (KTA / TTA / Environment)
   - Fill Danger Details
   - Fill in Direct Actions by the Reporting Entity
   - Choose Danger Code (E | Extreme / H | High / M | Medium / L | Low)
   - Add Photos (Take from the Reporter's Android HP Gallery)
