This calculator app is for the strategic board game World in Flames, by Australian Design Group.

World in Flames shows the entire world. and is itself the world's biggest boardgame.

The application allows the player to enter the combat strengths of attacking and defending units, as well as any combat modifiers. It will then produce a result which is the combat modifier for the 2d10 combat tables. Strengths can include calculations and comments. For example:

A (attacker): 12 + 15 + 3*2 doubled attacking red AT + 14/2 river + 8 shore bombardment

D: 12 land + 3 ground support bomber

M: +2 flipped unit +1.5 Monty HQ

The calculator will then show the A total 48, the D total 15 and the final result +9.9
