Ever missed timely notifications from Instagram, Whats app?

App Petter was designed to ease background restrictions on selected apps imposed by Android starting from Pie. As the name suggests, it pets other apps on a scheduled basis to ensure restrictions are eased on selected apps. Apps can be selected/deselected by enabling/disabling them within this app. Please make sure to select only desired apps as enabling all apps could cause a quick battery drain.
