What's the difference between the Mainnet and the Testnet?
• The Nimiq Mainnet is the actual Blockchain that is used to make easy payments in the Internet.
• The Testnet is basically the development version where new features and changes get tested before they get deployed to the Mainnet.

What's the difference between the Nimiq Safe and Nimiq KeyGuard app?
• The Nimiq Safe app provides live data (like account balance and the latest transactions) by connecting to the Nimiq network. However, the Nimiq Safe can only watch your accounts and you can not import your personal wallets or make transactions.
• In order to make transactions, the Nimiq KeyGuard is required. This app handles your personal accounts (e.g. private keys / recovery words) and therefore is designed to be completely offline.
• By installing both apps, you can have the full Nimiq experience.
