Ensuring the timely payment of ASHA incentives with maintaining the accuracy and transparency is key for sustaining motivation of ASHAs and the achievement of health indicators. In order to achieve the same, a Mobile APP for the ANMs is developed, which will have the broad features like 1- Month wise entry of Claims of each ASHA as per the activities performed, 2-simplification of activities of ASHA by categorization of activities, 3- Data entry at Source level itself to reduce the error level, 4- Intimation to ANM regarding approval and modification of incentives through the APP.
