Cash It Out App allows you to convert your play balance into digital cash via supported payout options as listed in the "Token Details" view in the app.

To convert play credits you need to:
1) Purchase a token via play balance in the "Tokens" section of the app.
2) Choose the payout option.
3) Purchase the token via play balance.
3) If the purchase is successful, you can view your purchased token in the "My Tokens" Section of the app, You will also receive an automated confirmation mail from Cash It Out regarding purchased token information.

If the token is not shown in the "My Tokens" Section but play balance was deducted from your account, then you can raise a query by submitting the support form through the "Assistance" section of the app.

Payout/Transfer Time :
You can view the status of your purchased tokens in the "My Tokens" section of the app.
Wrong payout detail may cause a delay in payout until you raise a query.
