The helpline is open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on the other side you will find experienced operators who will help you with all the doubts and issues you need help with and which are related to the waste and resources we manage every day. Customer service is not available on national holidays.
At this moment, service requests through the Recycling Line are available at all EGF dealerships: Algar, Amarsul, Ersuc, Resiestar, Resinorte, Resulima, Suldouro, Valnor, Valorlis, Valorminho and Valorsul.
