Each workout is divided into 3 sets of 8 minutes with a minute of rest in between.
The first set includes 5 different exercises that must be performed in loops
until time runs out. So is the second set.
(Usually it will be enough to perform the 5 exercises twice during 8 minutes)
The third set includes 10 exercises that are a combination of the previous sets, which must also be performed in loops until the time runs out
(Usually it will be enough to perform all 10 exercises once during 8 minutes)
You cannot skip a set, yes you can skip or shorten the rest between sets.
To finish, there is an option for a short flexibility training, highly recommended but not mandatory.
