My story and the idea behind the NoFearApp:

I was born on the rocky island of Bornholm in the middle of the Baltic Sea in Denmark. We had the sea, the forest, and the rocks to climb on, a lot of exciting things was always going on I my childhood in my grandmother’s house where I grew up.

Thinking back there was no fear.

Only a loving family and childhood adventure.

As a child I wasn’t afraid of darkness, thunderstorms, ore trolls under my bed, when I think back of my life I only felt fear once in my life, and that was when I became a father to my two loving baby girls, that’s it!

The fear of any harm to them.

2020 the year of fear,
the new normal.

January 2020 started for me, to go down under as a former danish firefighter to Australia and help the farmers with the firestorms and rebuilding after the devastation from the firestorms.

As 2020 went by I realised that the world became more and more controlled by fear and the the idea to help changing this was born, the coaching App, No Fear App, had to be made, so I could pass along my way of living, with out fear, to you.

Fear is not reality, it’s your fantasy, it’s your “pre historical” brain plying tricks on you, to keep you safe.

But today the world haven’t been as safe for an average human as it is now, even with any pandemic going on!

So phobias like:
Fear of bacteria (Mysophobia)
Fear of Narrow Places (klaustrophobia)
Fear of darkness (Skotophobia)
Fear of heights (Acrophobia)
Fear of open spaces (Agoraphobia)
Fear of Spiders (Araknophobia)

are no longer as relevant as it was in our past.
