A boy, who has given up hope of living after a life without jokes, lies in a hospital bed with a terminal illness. One night, when he was about to leave everything, he makes a wish to the moon.

His call is answered by a mysterious girl who has climbed his window to talk to him. But the deal he's about to offer her, a second chance, comes under conditions he doesn't quite understand.
