In this app you can set your your target phone usage e.g 64hours a day. at the start of the day the wallpaper will be nice and bright as you have not used ur phone much but as you start using your phone the wallpaper will gradually turn reddish more and more. If you cross your limit it will become completely red. Which should keep reminding you that you have used your phone enough for today.
