ELSA provides scientifically tested and customized recommendations for the everyday lives of guardians of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). These depend on the children's abilities and are based on occupational therapy knowledge. The app was developed together with families of children diagnosed with ADHD to adapt it to their needs.
All tips are available as video and text. Lexicon entries, printable templates and information about contact points (hospitals, outpatient clinics) supplement the everyday recommendations.
ELSA can help you deal with challenging situations in everyday life at home, in your free time and during school activities. You will also receive ideas on how you can support your children while you are waiting for therapy, alongside occupational therapy or during breaks in therapy.
As your avatar grows with you, you can observe how your level of knowledge constantly increases.
