We estimate the Prakriti (Mind-Body type) of a person using a set of psycho-somatic questions and make lifestyle recommendations. People can also add good habits and track them effectively for a happy and healthy life.
Dinacharya:
The Dinacharya page is a daily routine planner. You can add and monitor habits like Vyayama (exercise), Yoga, Pranayama etc. We give Ayurveda based suggestions and recommendations for every habit on the application.
Prakriti:
The mind-body type of a person is called his/her Prakriti. It is a unique combination of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). This page gives information on the types of food, exercise, sleep cycles etc. which are suitable for his/her respective Prakriti.
Habits:
You can add and track a wide variety of habits and daily activities. We give in-depth information on every activity, though they are as common as brushing your teeth or taking a shower.
