NOx Tester Box – After-treatment System Diagnosis - ARLA 32
The NOx Tester Box is the official application from Hybrid e-Controls Tecnologia Automotiva for operating the equipment of the same name. Intended for workshops and professionals specialized in diesel vehicles, the app allows you to perform advanced tests and diagnostics on the after-treatment system (ARLA 32) with a Bluetooth connection.

With an intuitive interface and complete technical resources, the application offers real-time diagnostics, bench tests and generation of reports with images, assisting the repairer in an accurate and efficient analysis of the emission control systems.

Main functions:
• NOx probe test: Diagnosis of probes installed in the vehicle or on the bench, with response and integrity check.
• Particle sensor test: Assessment of the operation of the particulate sensor in diesel vehicles.
• Ammonia sensor test: Checking the status and operation of the ammonia sensor.
• Catalytic converter efficiency and clogging: Calculation of the percentage of catalytic efficiency and detection of possible clogging.
• NOx emissions diagnosis: Real-time monitoring of emissions to comply with environmental standards.
• EMITEC pump dosing test: Specific tests to ensure precision in the dosing system, directly on the bench.
• In-vehicle communication test: Assessment of communication between the system's electronic modules and sensors.
• Reports with photos: Generation of technical reports with insertion of images and local export.
