The Government Museum in Mathura is one of the most prominent museums in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The museum has a rich collection of artifacts including archaeological antiquities, paintings, sculptures mostly from Buddhism, Jainism and Hinduism cultures. A few significant items on display here include River Goddess Ganga, Surya on Chariot, Head art of Buddha and Jain Tirthankar Parsvanatha, among others.
The app features a graphic plan of the museum with related videos of the artifacts for an immersive experience.

A unique Video Experience

Visitors to the Museum can use this app to receive an audio visual experience, on these rare and significant sculptures and paintings. 
Available in Hindi for local visitors to the Museum, this is educative experience allows users of the app to learn more about the gallery, and the collection they are viewing. English and other foreign languages will soon follow.

How the App works
This is an Android app and it works only within the premises of the Mathura Museum. Users don’t need a 2G or a 3G connection, and the App works over the WI-FI environment that has been especially created for the App in the Museum. It is compatible with almost all Android based smart phones.
Just as soon as users download the App. they can view, play and listen to the videos with no bandwidth usage and no Internet connection. 
The App is FREE for all visitors to the Museum.
