For ease of consumer and to provide better service Department of Power Nagaland created Mobile App for viewing and paying electricity bills. The department web self service (WSS) https://www.dopn.gov.in is linked with the mobile app to see updated bills and Quick pay bills.

The major service of the App are as below:

1. View Electricity bills for last 6 months which can be downloaded.
2. Pay Electricity bill through various payment methods.
3. Payment acknowledgement receipt after successful payment.
