Users can ascertain the genuineness of a NEI bearing using this app. Each NEI bearing has a unique, non-serial, unpredictable, random, 9 digit alphanumeric code laser-marked on the side of the bearing. To authenticate the NEI product, user can enter this code in the app and will instantly receive the response message. Record of individual interactions is available to the user.

Misuse of the app / excessive incorrect authentication attempts can lead to blocking of the user and triggers alerts in the back-office.
