Education should prepare them to be entrepreneurs or job creators, not job seekers. If we trained youth to be job creators, there would be no such thing as unemployment. Emphasis should be placed on education system to reduce inequality. The current education system needs to be radically changed. Our education system leads people to jobs. But we need to create entrepreneurs
