And it's all available online and designed to coach, guide and support adolescents in growing to success.

HOW TO GET STARTED

- Download the app and enter your Invite ID (you’ll get this from your Counsellor).
- Sync data from Google Fit in one easy step.
- Finish creating your account and say hello to your coach so we know you made it!
