CMAA is in the process of updating our competencies, which in turn updates our curriculum from BMI’s, the CCM exam to all our professional development offerings. The 90-minute survey is based on the managers perspective of a General Manager’s importance and frequency of use of each competency. Please participate by November 2 in this important and valuable study. Participants will receive 2 Association Activity credits and be entered into a drawing for an Education-Only Conference Registration for the 2019 World Conference and Club Business Expo.
