The NutriSphere® nutritional calculation application is a simple tool that allows dietitians and dietetics students to quickly calculate the nutritional intake of recipes or histories, by manually encoding the weight of foods and preparations or by clicking directly on photos of servings.

It is based on Ciqual data and photos of portions (plates, glasses) from the manual “Tool for estimating food consumption. Quantification photos – Nutritional composition”, initially designed as part of the Nutripole project.

NutriSphere® allows you to consult the nutritional values ​​of simple or compound foods, to create patients in order to calculate their food consumption, as well as to calculate the averages of several anamneses. For certain preparations, different photos of portions are available and simply click on the image of the portion consumed so that the appropriate quantity is added to the history. The application also allows you to calculate the nutritional values ​​of recipes, create new foods, and link recipes to patients or customers (restaurants, etc.).
