The author of the text cards is the lecturer Ondráš Přibyla.
Exercise example: Reflection of the day - feelings
Basic option: Ask yourself the question: How was I today? And with that question, start browsing the feelings cards and gathering the feelings you experienced that day. Then put the cards in front of you (perhaps in the timeline) and spend a moment looking calmly at your emotions. You can see how you feel when you look at your past emotions.
Variation 1: Instead of an entire day, you can choose a shorter period (last hour) or longer (week, month ...).
Variation 2: Exercise in pairs, basically it is an extended answer to the question "How were you today?". When exercising in pairs, it is important to pay full attention to each other, and when they talk about their experiences and their associated feelings, they just listen and not interrupt.
What do you train with this? In addition to the vocabulary for feelings, there are a few important things to do: you practice self-awareness and sensitivity to yourself. Exercise can help get away from your emotions and realize that they are a result of the past situation, and it may not be useful to carry them on. In addition, when practicing with a partner, you train your ability to speak clearly about yourself and your feelings and listening to another.
