Promoting and encouraging compliance with the law implies that all of us involved hold the determinations established by legal norms as true, and only then, be willing to progressively increase the relevant actions and processes to achieve the purpose of observing and enforcing the law.



The General Directorate of National Broadcasting and Television is the governing body to ensure that the provisions emanating from Decree Law 433 are observed and complied with.



To do this, it makes the best possible mechanisms available to stakeholders related to the advertising industry to continue consolidating compliance with legal provisions.



And for this purpose, I have invited advertising brands, their representatives and agencies, professional broadcasters and the media, to create their notification accounts, which will favor constant and direct communication with the aim of achieving and sustaining high standards of compliance.
