Everything is simple. Like a regular camera app, but automatically deletes photos after 14 days (or whatever you specify in the settings)

After creating a photo, three actions are available (select one):
1. Temporarily save to gallery (will be available on the phone)
2. Share (sends without saving)
3. "OK" (will save to local gallery, available only in TMP Camera)
