Oasis Misaal project aims to spot, inspire, prepare, guide and support teenagers and youths who wish to bring about a positive cultural change in the society and country at large being the Change themselves first, i.e. they be Role-model of that change and lead others.
Oasis Misaal is a 4-staged competition with the stages being essay writing, group dialogue, project work and Misaal Social Leadership Development program (MSLDP). The winners will get 1 Lakh Rupees worth of prizes that includes a course in greatness and leadership, mind-body performance training, leadership trekking and opportunity to be come a social leader under the serve-learn-earn scheme of the MSLDP program.
