Mr. Obaidul Quader was born on January 8, 2012 in the village of Bara Rajapur under Companyiganj upazila of Noakhali. His father, Mosharraf Hossain, studied at Islamia College in Kolkata as a classmate of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
