Electronic clinical decision support tool (eCDST) for guiding diagnostic testing/treatment recommendations in subjects with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection (LRTI).

The algorithm was developed by a team of Duke University (US) and University of Ruhuna (Sri Lanka) investigators, and the app interface by One Cow Standing.

The ultimate goal is to reduce unnecessary antibacterial use.
