How it works:
There are four levels for members; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You move up a level by returning to any Encore venue within seven days from your last visit. You drop a level if you return within a period longer than seven days. You are entitled to the discount corresponding to your current member level at the time of your visit.

Venues decide on the discounts that are offered to each Encore level and the minimum spend required to avail the offer. The venue’s discount per level must be greater than the discount offered at the previous level. Venues have the option to offer an additional incentive discount (a “kicker”) to their clients that regularly come back to their venues.

In other words, all that members have to do is frequent any Encore listed business within a period of seven days. maintain this frequency and achieve Platinum status with four visits which would entitle you to the higher rate of discount at each venue respectively. Use your points to fast-track tier upgrade.
