Offinti has been created for those busy office managers who are making sure all day to keep that office ticking along smoothly and never get that well deserved time allocated to get the job done.

The functions are

1.1. Scan function to find existing items in the Offinti database
1.2. Add items not existing (with or without barcode)
1.3. Add item to an order (create new order)
1.4. Add item to an order (existing order)
1.5. show items which were added by the user (stationery Tab on the bottom)

2. Items … Search in Offinti database
2. Use our easy slide filters
2.1. Show products with prices
2.2. Show preferred supplier products
2.3. Show recently searched/scnned products
2.4. Show all Offinti products and search in the field Name, Supplier, Manufacturer #
3. Create Tender
3.1. Invite suppliers to put prices in for the Tender
3.2. review tender, compare pricing of all suppliers
3.3. renegotiate pricing with your preferred supplier(s)
3.4. accept pricing with your preferred supplier
3.5. record pricing of the alternative suppliers
4. Create Purchase order
4.1. Place an order with the supplier with those recorded prices
4.2. Request pricing of items from the PO where no pricing being given
4.3 Review the prices of the confirmed prices
4.4. Accept or decline the confirmed prices
5. Manage Users for this company profile
