The company OGDOO INTERNET SERVICES-MUSIC PUBLISHING LTD as the beneficiary of the isotope (hereinafter Ogdoo.gr), declares that it is in compliance with the Commission's Recommendation (EU) 2018/334, of March 1, 2018, regarding measures to effectively deal with the illegal content on the internet and that it takes measures to remove and delete all forms of illegal content to remove any potential adverse consequences for users, other affected citizens and businesses, and for society as a whole. Illegal content, in the sense of the Recommendation, is considered any information that does not comply with EU law or the law of the Member State concerned. "Ogdoo.gr", respecting the freedom of expression and information in combination with the legislation on the protection of personal data, competition and electronic commerce, takes effective and appropriate measures in order to prevent the submission of malicious advertisements and other forms on the one hand abusive behavior, on the one hand, to ensure the effective removal of illegal content. "Ogdoo.gr" while complying with the Recommendation and respecting the principle of proportionality has the right to refuse publications that it considers to be illegal content or to delete corresponding content without informing the users or obtaining their permission in the context of the proactive measures to deal with illegal online content set out in the Recommendation. "Ogdoo.gr" is entitled to reform this in accordance with the currently applicable Recommendations or the legislative measures taken by the state.
