'Ndudu' means food in my tribal language 'Ewe' (from the Volta Region of Ghana). My name is Fafa Gilbert hence 'Ndudu by Fafa' is 'Food by Fafa'.

I love creating recipes & finding substitutes for ingredients that aren't readily available to me here in London.
