The KIX Africa 21 mobile app is developed on behalf of the KIX Africa 21 Center, supported by the Global Partnership for Knowledge and Innovation Exchange in Education (GPE KIX), a joint initiative with the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada. The GPE-KIX Africa 21 Center is led by three organizations in a consortium: the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), the Conference of Ministers of Education of States and Governments of the Francophonie (CONFEMEN), and the Institut de la Francophonie pour l’éducation et la formation (IFEF-OIF), as lead agency.
