In addition, RBDS Rubbish Boys Disposal Service Inc. together with any of its affiliates are not the employer and/or joint employer for any employees of a franchised business that downloads, accesses and uses this Truck Team app and a franchisee is solely responsible at all times for the use of this Truck Team app with their employees and for any liability resulting from that.

This Truck Team app is for use by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise employees only and must comply with any company policies set by the applicable franchise at all times. Franchisees and their employees acknowledge and agree that this Truck Team app will only be accessed and used during scheduled working hours and for business purposes only. All personal data usage is not the responsibility of RBDS Rubbish Boys Disposal Service Inc. (together with any of its affiliates) or of any individual franchised business that provides their employees access to this application. In addition, RBDS Rubbish Boys Disposal Service Inc. (together with any of its affiliates) and/or a franchisee shall not be responsible or liable for any damage that may occur if a franchise employee chooses to use his/her own device to download, access and use this Truck Team app.
