The 123NET Softphone is a mobile phone application intended for use by 123NET customers to integrate seamlessly with their Hosted PBX service, allowing them to utilize their desk phone from anywhere.

In order to use this application you must:

1. Have an account with 123NET.
2. Have Hosted PBX services with 123NET.
3. Purchased Softphone Seats with 123NET Hosted PBX Services.

Once downloaded, you will need to contact your Systems Administrator, or the 123NET NOC for assistance with creating an account and logging in.
