A. You can use the App to find your desired products. You can then add them to your shopping cart and click on place order. You let us know your address, you are done. A saudagar express representative will then deliver your order right to your home or office.

B. There is a BDT 100 delivery fee if your order amount less then BDT 5,000.

D. We are serving with 4 hours Hour Delivery Service. If any kind of national digester it will be considered.

E. We deliver from 8 am to 6 pm every day.

F. A saudagar express representative will call you as soon as they are at your house to let you know about your delivery.

G. We accept cash on delivery. Don’t worry, our saudagar representatives should always carry enough change.

H. If your order is wrong please immediately call +880-1711147501 and let us know the problem.

I. If the item is out of stock however, we will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find it, we will SMS/call you and let you know what substitutes are available.

J. In the critical days we have no refund policy. After the crucial days refund policy will be accomplished.
