Leaderboards: are at the heart of the three OnOn pillars (Connect, Compete, Conquer). All club venues hierarchically roll up to "City Regions" (North, South, East, etc.) which roll-up to Cities. All a player needs to do is record a Best of 3 (or a Best of 5) match she played at a club - this automatically updates the corresponding club, region and city leaderboards.
- Games Played Leaderboard rewards the regular and prolific squash players who play a lot
- Winner Takes All Leaderboard is akin to a squash ladder without the need to explicitly join. When Player A (at rank #10 in a leaderboard) beats Player B (at rank #4), Player A's new rank becomes #4, Player B's new rank becomes #5 and all players below A get their ranks bumped down by one.
