1. Self-risk screening for MTCT
2. Early Antenatal Care Booking
3. HIV testing in pregnancy
4. Attend 8 or more antenatal contacts
5. Develop a birth plan and deliver at a Health facility
6. Early postnatal care for mothers AND babies
7. Make use of postnatal HIV services for mothers, fathers, children and infants
8. Obtain Identity documents by 6 weeks
9. Family planning after Delivery
10. Baby check-ups and immunizations up to date
11. Identification and early treatment of infections check warning signs and seek help
12. Early Infant feeding and Nutrition

If you have already passed one stage in your pregnancy, you can use this tool to look back and think about how you might improve things in the future.
