JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Create Service Order Mobile Tablet allows a field service engineer to create a new service order for a customer who requires service.  On the new service order the equipment, failure description, and other key information, such as branch, priority, customer/site, assigned to/supervisor, requested finish date, and notes and photos can be added.


This application leverages functionality from the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Service Management system.
