Who can benefit from Orange Hello 5G?
• Individuals aged 18 and over.
• Individuals with an eSIM-compatible phone (automatically detected by the app) and 5G.
• Nationals of mainland France, a European Union country, Switzerland, Andorra, or Monaco.
• Nationals of another country holding a valid French residency card or residence permit.

• Allows you to discover the quality of the Orange mobile network.
• Allows you to benefit from a second eSIM mobile line in addition to the offer subscribed to with your operator, without changing your mobile number.
How to sign up for the free trial?
Once the app is installed, you will be prompted to scan one of the following supporting documents with your eSIM-compatible smartphone:
• Identity card or passport from the French government, the European Union, Switzerland, Andorra, or Monaco.
• Resident card or residence permit issued by the French government.
Once your supporting document is verified, the eSIM will be installed automatically and you will benefit from 20GB of data valid for 31 days.
What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a SIM card integrated into your compatible smartphone. It allows you to instantly access the mobile network without inserting a physical SIM card. You can install and uninstall it whenever you want.
