At TransitCare we provide transport and social engagement services to assist the elderly, the socially isolated and younger people with disabilities so that they can live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their communities.

We operate our own fleet of mostly disability accessible vehicles called Community Flyers which are a pre-booked and shared service providing door-to-door transport for our clients.

We care for clients who live in Brisbane South, Logan and Redlands Cities, Townsville, Charters Towers, Ingham and Cairns.

As a not-for-profit organisation we are supported by Federal and State funding.
