The mission of the Officers' Spouses' Association of Yokosuka (OSAY) app is to foster morale, friendship, and community engagement through social, cultural, and spouse enrichment activities.

OSAY is a non-profit, social organization open to SOFA-sponsored spouses of active and retired U.S. military officers and DOD civilians (GS-7 and above) residing in the greater Yokosuka area.
