Follow Up – Smart Client Messaging
Stay organized and never miss a customer touchpoint. Follow Up lets you create message templates with custom timing—days, weeks, or months after a purchase. Add a contact, purchase date, and template, and the app automatically schedules each follow-up.

To Use:
1) Navigate to Templates
2) Select Create New Template
3) Add the template name and follow-up information, like schedule and message. In order to personalize the message, add [NAME] and the customer's name will be swapped in. Enter [NOTE] and the note you added in the follow-up will be swapped in.
4) Add a second and/or third follow-up for the template and press OK to save.
5) Return and navigate to Follow Ups.
6) Select Create New Follow Up
7) Search for and select the Contact
8) Verify and edit the Contact information and the purchase date (the template will offset from that date). Finally, select the template.
9) Verify the messages and dates that they will be sent. You are able to modify them if necessary.
10) Select OK to save the Follow Up.
11) You will see the Follow Ups for the date specified. Press the Whatsapp button to create a WhatsApp message for the client. Press the SMS button to create an SMS message. Once sent, click the Done button to set the Follow Up as done.
NOTE: Older Follow Ups that are not Done will continue to appear on the "Today" screen until they are marked as Done.
