We have found an innovative solution to traditional delivery that allows us to guarantee the freshness and taste of a gourmet dish freshly cooked by our Chefs.

TECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO FOOD

Thanks to the latest generation machinery of our kitchens, we have developed a new cooking system. We cook your espresso dish and two minutes before finishing cooking we chill it at 4 °, in this way we interrupt the cooking process keeping the product fragrant and guaranteeing all the taste and properties of the food.
You will only have to reactivate the cooking for 2 minutes and you will have your dish hot and tasty as freshly cooked, expressed by the Chefs in our Restaurant.
