This simple app measures the power level of your KameHameHa, the famous attack. You will be able to ready your attack while you hear it powering up, and then perform it. The scouter will let you know the power units your attack reaches. The stronger your momentum is when you extend your arms, the better the results. But be careful! You want to make sure you hold on to your phone so that you don’t fling it by accident! You do not need to let go of your phone in order to have the scouter measure the power level of the attack, and OveR- Software sure does not want any mishaps.
