1- Reservation information collection page:
The first step in booking is to collect the necessary information for the trip. The user must enter the details of their reservation specifying the city of departure. He must also choose the time and date of departure in order to guarantee the availability of the taxi at the desired time. Then, the user enters the exact departure location and destination to ensure that the pick-up is at the right locations. Other information is required such as number of passengers and number of bags to ensure a suitable vehicle is booked. If the user has additional baggage, they can specify these details to adjust the booking accordingly. Finally, the user must select the desired vehicle type, with several options available such as light car: sedan coupe, compact sedan, station wagon, SUV, minivans, crossover, minibus.
2- Summary page:
Once all information has been entered, the user is taken to a summary page. This page displays a detailed summary of the choices made from the reservation page. The summary also includes an estimate of the fare, which varies depending on different criteria such as the route, the type of vehicle chosen, and the time of the journey. This page allows the user to verify the information before confirming their reservation. If changes are needed, the user can go back and adjust their booking details.
3- Personal information collection page:
Once the summary is validated, the user must add their name and email without authentication to record this personal information. This information is used to send the booking confirmation and invoice once payment has been made. The name allows you to personalize the reservation, while the email serves as a means of communication to send information related to the reservation, i.e. the invoice.
4- Payment page:
After providing the personal information, the user is directed to the payment page. On this page, he can choose his payment method, and payment is made via Vanilla Pay International, a secure payment system recognized for its reliability and protection of personal data. It supports various payment methods. The user enters payment information and proceeds with the transaction securely. The page also displays the total amount to be paid, including the fare and any taxes or surcharges. Once the payment has been validated, the user receives an acknowledgment of receipt confirming that the transaction has been completed.
5- Invoice detail page:
After payment, an invoice detail page is generated. This page contains all the information related to the reservation, including the total amount paid, the route taken (city of departure and destination), as well as the type of vehicle chosen, the number of passengers and baggage, and any possible surcharge for additional services such as extra baggage. This invoice is sent by email to the user and can be downloaded locally in PDF format, allowing them to keep a record of the reservation and transaction for their personal records or for future use. The invoice also includes a unique reservation number, allowing the user to reference this transaction when needed. This page also contains a part to invite other people to use the application via email.
6- Invoice list page:
The user also has an invoice list page, where he can view the history of his past reservations by clicking there he can find the details of each invoice
