The app is hosted by Soph, your Y4P facilitator and guide. Soph will help you fall in love with yoga, as a tool to help manage pain from chronic conditions and improve your wellbeing. Connecting you with like-minded people and other pain sufferers who understand how debilitating and isolating living with chronic pain is like.

The app includes a range of yoga classes; Yoga for Pain which is specific to chronic conditions and pain areas, Slow Flow a selection of vinyasa and hatha yoga inspired classes suitable for pain sufferers, Yogility a mix of yoga and mobility infused classes to increase your range of motion and reduce risk of injury suitable for pain sufferers, Seated Yoga a selection of desktop and chair based yoga suitable for pain sufferers, Restorative yoga encourages rest and relaxation to improve sleep suitable for pain sufferers, and Breathwork and Meditation.
