LHW Digital Diary is Android app which facilitate LHWs to maintain record of households and family members of those household in her covered Area. Moreover, LHW will keep track of Family planning clients, issuance of contraceptive commodities, distribution of medicines as well as keep track of growth monitoring of children, health status of pregnant ladies. This app works in offline and online mode, as offline it stores data in android phone and as online mode it synchronizes this data on live database.
This app is first step of implementation of family practice model in Islamabad Pakistan as LHW covered population will be registered on online database. When those registered people will visit in health center, their treatment history will be maintained by health facilities and this is how complete family folder of household will be maintained
