The admin will assign Twilio business numbers to managers and associates based on their accounts. Managers and associates can contact(Call or Message) clients or customers using that Twilio business number. They can add notes to a particular call after the communication. When the admin login to the app, he will get a clear idea about the entire communications that happen on the firm.
